Terms and Conditions

Please write to us with a returns request prior to posting and within seven days of receiving your order.

Returns and Refunds can only be accepted if the item is packaged properly, in full working order and has not been worn.

Once your item has been sent out via Royal mail delivery it is the customer who is responsible for tracking the order online via Royal mail. Please email us with your order number, code and item description so that we may issue you with a postal receipt code.

Should you require special delivery please inform La Jewellery Ltd prior to your order as La Jewellery Ltd does not accept any responsibility for items being lost in the postal system and we cannot refund for lost items.

Property belongs to La Jewellery Ltd until it is paid in full.

We do not accept returns of earrings due to health and hygiene by law.

Items that have been created bespoke have no refund policy and need to be paid for in advance.
