Returns should be delivered to – Dove House, Nō3, Raven Lane, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY81BW, Great Britain and sealed with a kiss.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This is the law and we cannot change it. Sorry.
Returns should be in original packaging only please.
Refunds can take up to two weeks so please be patient with us as we are a small team.
Bespoke items are not refundable I’m afraid as they have been made especially for you and are not part of our original stock.
